8. Drawings & Documentation Disclaimer
All drawings, models, and documentation produced by Citotech are prepared using information provided by the client and project consultants.
It remains the responsibility of the client, engineer, fabricator, builder, or relevant project professional to review and approve all documentation before fabrication, manufacture, procurement, or construction.
Citotech does not warrant that documentation is free from errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information supplied by third parties.
All documentation is prepared with reference to the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC) and relevant NZS / AS/NZS Standards where applicable, based on the information provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:
Citotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss arising from:
